• Perform preventative maintenance services on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Complete inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot vehicle performance concerns using diagnostic equipment and proven repair methods.
• Perform repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize fleet availability.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Ensure all repairs comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and leadership to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Help support a fleet that operates around the clock in a fast-paced transportation environment.

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Fleet Technician, or Maintenance Mechanic.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance.
• Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remain productive during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in an active shop environment.
