CDL A Truck Driver - CDL Holders - Paid Training

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. San Antonio drivers can start on a Houston based regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road and gets drivers through the house often.

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

• Dry van regional freight: TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, IL
• 1,700 to 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Drop and hook plus live loads and unloads

• Average weekly earnings of $1,100 to $1,300
• Mileage pay by experience level
• Bonus pay on miles, fuel and safety
• $15 stop pay

• Medical, dental and vision after 30 days

• $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered

• CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school. Paid training with a driver trainer, paid every week while you learn.
• Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Skip training and go straight to your own truck.

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live within 250 miles of Houston, TX
