In this entry-level role, you will help keep our warehouse organized and efficient, making sure materials and shipments are ready when needed. - Assist with daily warehouse operations and support your team
- Unload trucks and organize materials in the proper areas
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and checks
- Prepare and stage materials to keep workflow running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate and work with team members to solve problems as they arise
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level position: no prior warehouse experience required
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented with a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration
- Reliable transportation; must work on-site (not remote or hybrid)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic warehouse tasks (inventory, organization, shipping/receiving)
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team efficiency
