- Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to load, unload, and transport inventory safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Receive, organize, label, and store incoming stock to maintain an efficient and accurate inventory system.
- Pick, prepare, and ship orders accurately, ensuring all shipments are complete and match documentation.
- Track shipment details, including quantities, conditions, and timelines, while reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Handle fragile and temperature‑sensitive materials with care, working in freezer conditions when required.
- Maintain organization, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Work in a warehouse environment that emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Operate in both standard and cooler conditions (40–55°F) while using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow consistent shift schedules, including 1st shift and 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.).
- Perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stay active with continuous movement throughout the facility.
- Use inventory and logistics software to support accurate tracking and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards and proper warehouse attire.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
