Warehouse Worker, Night Shift; Part Time Sun, -Mon-Thu

Victory Wine Group was established in 2015 as an innovative solution for wineries and distillers in Texas. In January 2023 it became Maverick Beverage Company of Texas and in 2025 we became Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas. As an importer and distributor of fine wines and craft spirits based in Texas, we represent a high-quality, diversified collection of wines and spirits from around the world, many of which are family-owned and operated.

Part time shifts:
Sunday 2:00 pm start to completion;
Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm start to completion.

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Repetitively lift 35-60 pound cases and place them on a pallet up to 1,000 times per shift in the correct sequence for the delivery driver.
• Accurately review information on selection labels and match them to the correct product.
• Record start and stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Record and clean up breakage.
• Perform housekeeping as directed by supervisor.
• Complete end-of-shift responsibilities such as palletizing, returns, replenishment of cases or bottles, and cleanup activities as directed.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to operate scanning devices.
• Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving skills – ability to find solutions or address work-related problems proactively.

• Follow all process instructions and warehouse safety regulations.
• Cell phones strictly prohibited in the warehouse; may be used during break and lunch periods outside normal work areas.
