Warehouse Supervisor, Night Shift Sun-Thu

Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) at Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas, San Antonio, TX

• Responsible for all end of day activity to include working with routing to process invoices, product pick labels, driver paperwork, and nightly team picking stats.
• Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.
• Ensure performance standards for order selection (i.e.: cases picked, pick errors, breakage) meet or exceed company benchmarks.
• Payroll oversight to include calculation of incentives.
• Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.
• Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Previous forklift certification and experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work a night schedule starting at 6:00pm until completion, Sunday-Thursday, and ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
