Warehouse Order Selector, Night Shift; Sun-Thu

Position Overview

Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is a Texas-based importer and distributor of fine wines and craft spirits. Warehouse team works year‑round in a temperature‑controlled environment.

All night shifts start at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and Monday‑Thursday; day shift starts at 6:00 p.m. and continues until completion. Friday and Saturday are off-days.

Pay: $20.00 per hour plus incentive and overtime opportunities.

• Select product for outbound shipping.
• Lift 35–60 pound cases and place them on a pallet up to 1,000 times per shift, ensuring correct sequence for delivery.
• Review selection labels, match them to the correct product, and record start/stop times on work assignments.
• Reposition cases and labels to maintain accuracy and eliminate breakage.
• Record breakage and clean up as directed; housekeeping tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete end‑of‑shift duties, including palletizing, returns, replenishment of cases or bottles, and cleanup activities.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Proficient in operating scanning devices.
• Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to proactively find solutions to work‑related problems.

Follow all warehouse and equipment safety regulations and process instructions. Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in the warehouse; phones may be used during breaks and lunch periods outside of normal work areas.
