Operations Associate I – Job Summary

The Operations Associate I reports to the Receiving/Inventory Manager and is responsible for managing incoming shipments, including unloading and verifying for accuracy.

• Receive, verify, label, package, and box products for transfer into finished goods.
• Stack and palletize a variety of products ranging from 5 lb to 50 lb.
• Accurately pack, palletize, wrap and label orders as needed.
• Assist with inventory audits, including daily cycle counts, month‑end and year‑end inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a neat, orderly, and safe work area during working hours.
• Assist in all phases of housekeeping of the facility and maintain a clean area prior to leaving work.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to visually inspect and document defects.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time to operate rewind machines.
• Professional team player.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
