Night Warehouse Associate - (Entry Level)

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest food service distributor in the nation. We operate in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from five distribution centers.

• Responsible for various shipping duties while operating heavy equipment during the night shift.

• Entry Level – no experience required; we will help you start and build a career.
• Any of the following previous experiences is a plus:
  Warehouse worker, Warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, material handler, or any job where you work with your hands.
• Must bring a valid state‑issued  driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Sunday from 3:00 pm to finish and Monday–Thursday from 5:00 pm to finish.

$15/hr–$22/hr (converted) based on position.

The Night Expeditor is responsible for pushing flats of product into the trailers to be loaded. Salary: up to $45,000 per year. Up to $1,500 referral bonus. Additional bonuses available for quality work, safety, and attendance.

The Night Order Selector/Picker selects up to 1,800 cases in the freezer (0–10 °C) each night using voice technology and an electric tugger. Salary: up to $70,000 per year. $1,000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days). Up to $1,500 referral bonus. Additional bonuses available for quality work, safety, and attendance.

Responsible for letting down product and putting product in the correct warehouse slot. Stand‑up forklift experience required.

Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday from 4:00 pm to finish. $1,000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days).

Responsible for sorting pallets by color, loading and unloading empty pallets into and from trailers. Sit‑down forklift experience required.

Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday from 4:00 pm to finish.

Responsible for putting away received product in the warehouse with a center‑ride.

Responsible for reworking items, ensuring product temperature integrity, and properly disposing of damaged product.

Responsible for repackaging produce, performing quality checks, receiving produce, and other related tasks.
