JOB TYPE: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Real Floors, Inc. is a leading wholesale flooring company serving the multifamily and single‑family rental markets.

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse functions including operating a forklift, inventory control, receiving and processing materials, measuring and cutting flooring products, and loading material onto subcontractor delivery vehicles.

• Receive and process flooring products by unloading trucks.
• Prepare and complete flooring orders for pickup by subcontractors.
• Measure, cut and label flooring products.
• Perform inventory control and related activities.
• Load subcontractor vehicles with material and supplies for customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Detail oriented, organized, able to juggle changing priorities.
• 1–2 years of prior warehouse job experience.
• Ability to perform basic math functions for measuring products.
• Experience with inventory, cycle counts, receiving and related tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing 50 to 75 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

The position requires working in a non–temperature-controlled warehouse environment that may be hot, cold, dirty, dusty or otherwise uncomfortable. Physical activities include lifting and carrying 50 to 75 pounds, standing, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, reaching, frequent walking, and operating equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, RF scanners, balers, and cutting machines.

Employees must dress appropriately for warehouse temperatures and follow the company’s safety procedures. Personal protective equipment is provided.
