Job OverviewFresh Texas is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and consistent operations so parts and supplies are efficiently located and distributed to the proper departments to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
Responsibilities & Duties- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, communication, and ensuring quality of finished products.
- Measure and report effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are accurate.
- Manage and maintain proper inventory workflow following FIFO procedures.
- Ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Coaching and developing driver staff to meet company objectives and standards.
- Develop new ideas for cost‑saving initiatives.
- Follow all OSHA-required and Fresh Texas safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate job expectations by motivating and coaching employees.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
- Ensure all GMPs are being followed throughout the facility.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Assign and maintain equipment required to accomplish the warehouse and receiving mission safely and effectively.
- Complete insurance package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages, ERP systems, and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- High school diploma or GED certificate and five years of warehouse experience or related experience.
- Forklift and pallet jack certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma or 5S Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures and moderate noise levels.
- Regular reaching, grasping, squeezing, wrist flexion, and extension with hands and arms.
- Occasional standing between 4–10 hours daily, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling or overhead reaching.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
