Staff Management | SMX in San Antonio, TX has immediate open positions for Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. In this role, associates will handle freight, sort products, and load/unload merchandise from conveyors to designated store staging areas.

Shift Information:

• 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM
• Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed

Full Time, Long Term. Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour

Duties:

• Handle packages weighing 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, sort, and stack boxes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Read and identify numbers, letters, and symbols accurately to ensure proper sorting and staging of packages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain a team-oriented mindset, follow all safety guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform duties on a conveyor line or inside trailers, loading and unloading boxes as needed.

Requirements:

• Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 75 pounds.
• Required education:
  No Education Requirement.
