As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team to meet supply chain demands while upholding our commitment to quality and freshness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of warehouse staff.
• Plan and review storage and distribution logistics to align with production schedules and demand forecasting.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory levels and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other department leads to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
• Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations for ongoing staff development.
• Generate reports and analytics for inventory and process optimization.
