Ancira Nissan is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring parts and merchandise are accurately received, inspected, stocked, organized, and distributed to support daily dealership operations.

• Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Label, stock, and organize parts inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers.
• Assist technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel in locating and distributing parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and inventory-control processes.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and positive team attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials throughout the workday.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, automotive parts, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
