- Pack orders into parcels or onto pallets according to product handling standards, ensuring proper protective packaging, weight distribution, and labeling for both small-parcel and freight shipments.
- Prepare and process outbound shipments via UPS for parcel orders and coordinate with LTL carriers for palletized freight, selecting the appropriate carrier and service level for each shipment.
- Accurately complete and generate BOLs for all LTL shipments, including freight class, weight, dimensions, and carrier-specific requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Record picks, confirm packing, and process shipment transactions across Business Central and Project Pulse, as well as UPS shipping software and LTL carrier portals, keeping inventory and order records accurate and up to date.
- Schedule LTL pickups, print shipping labels and freight documentation, and communicate with carriers to resolve pickup or delivery issues as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in order picking, packing, and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP/WMS system preferred.
- Prior experience creating BOLs and coordinating with LTL freight carriers preferred.
