We are currently looking for the right full‑time retail sales associate to join our team. Pay range: $10.75 to $13.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.28 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

• Vacation:
  Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full‑time service. Eligible employees receive an additional week (40 hours) of vacation after completing one year of active employment and two weeks (80 hours) of vacation on each anniversary thereafter (subject to state/local requirements). A third week is granted after five years.
• Sick/Personal:
  Eligible employees receive 8 hours after six months of employment and 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2‑5), subject to state/local requirements. An additional 24 hours is granted after five years.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. The associate thrives on engaging with customers and assists with inquiries and problem resolution.

The role involves a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items according to policy and procedure.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and achieve firearms certification.
• May be asked to assist a customer outside the building, such as in parking lots or exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with and serve customers in a team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
