EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) positions to serve customers and grow within the organization. The role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, training, and a clear career progression.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and engaging with them in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets the store apart from the competition.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

• 5‑week paid training program leading to a raise and promotion to Pawnbroker.
• Pass the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1 per hour.
• Progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) position.
• Apply for Assistant Manager position with a 6‑month training program to run a store.
