As an Equipment Mechanic II at Tejas Equipment Rental in San Benito, TX, you will start each day by inspecting and performing routine maintenance on a variety of construction equipment. Throughout the day you will diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays required to support project demands.

You will work closely with the team to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate maintenance records, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
