Receptionist Waterman Canyon Post Acute | San Bernardino, CA Full-Time Pay: $17.48 - $18.00 per hour DOE
Be the First Smile Our Residents and Visitors See Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our facility, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities- Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist various departments with paperwork, filing, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
- Support daily operations and administrative needs as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing preferred but not required
- Competitive pay: $17.48 - $18.00 per hour DOE
