We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in financial data management and analysis. • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reports.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements within accounting functions.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions, including database design and management.
• Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder needs, define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support linked data initiatives by integrating disparate data sources for comprehensive insights.
• Engage in database design activities to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency for large datasets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying analytics best practices and staying current with emerging technologies like Business Intelligence platforms.

• Proven experience in analytics and a production-oriented business or in an academic environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well MRP/ERP software, such as FAMOUS.
• Hard worker who is a self-starter and proactive.
• Must have advanced mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and workloads while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to deal effectively with different personalities.
• Ability to use arms and fingers repetitively.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, or English and Mandarin, with the ability to read, write and interpret both languages.
