Commercial paint contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to manage commercial and light industrial painting projects. The role involves leading project teams, promoting services, and handling bids for projects over $500K.

• Promote company services to general contractors and property managers.
• Biding commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Act as a hands‑on and reliable team leader.

• 3+ years experience as a commercial paint estimator/project manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• Proficiency with Planswift or equivalent estimating software.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
