NK Demolition is seeking an estimator to determine the total costs of demolition projects, including labor, equipment, disposal, and permits, to generate accurate bids. You will conduct site visits and analyze plans, blueprints, and engineered reports to define the exact scope of work.
Minimum 2+ years of demolition experience is required. Candidates should read plans well, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and use math and Microsoft Office tools to support bid accuracy.
