Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, and benefit plans is a plus Must be willing to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime Familiarity with Employer Group's Plan designs and File Schedules Ability to meet quality standards and partner SLAs Experience in customer service roles is preferred
