A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate to manage and coordinate service requests from employees regarding their healthcare and wellness benefits.
Key Responsibilities Manage high volume service requests via phone, email, portal, and chat Educate and assist employees in understanding and maximizing their healthcare benefits Provide direction in resolving various benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Must be able to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment Ability to sit and use the phone for long periods of time
