As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and students. Your main role will be to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services. You will also play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our educational programs and services
• Assist with the enrollment process for new students
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Bilingual in English and another language is an asset
