- Work Dates Needed: ASAP (after 15 days of credentials) 90 days or longer
- Schedule:
3 to 5 days a week; 8 hour days; for 13 weeks.- 1 day is 9am to 6pm and the rest of the days are 8am to 5pm .
- Must float between all three locations
- Worksite Setting: outpatient setting FQHC
- Must be local to 92402
- Scope of Work: 18 to 20 ppt must see all patients on schedule & close charts before going home each day. Could see prenatal patients.
- You'll get an RN, MA and a Scribe.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, MUST BE Board Certified, BLS
- Academic experience is a plus as they are adding FP residency by the end of the year
