Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher with expertise in Math, spanning early childhood through high school levels. This contract position is based in San Bernardino, CA, and focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs across various grade levels.

• Deliver tailored instructional programs to students with special needs from Pre-K through 12th grade, adapting lessons to accommodate individual learning styles and capabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Utilize assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education and math instruction.

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education.
• Experience teaching math across multiple grade levels, ideally including early childhood and secondary education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
