Job Overview
Options For Youth (OFY) is a network of free, non‑profit public charter schools offering a blended learning model for students 7‑12 who have fallen behind in school. This position is for a certified teacher who will help students design individualized learning plans based on their strengths, weaknesses, college and career goals, and schedule.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves teaching students in a flexible, personalized blended learning environment.
Qualifications- Certified teacher
- Outgoing, energetic, authentic, motivated, and inspiring
- Experience with at‑risk and underserved students preferred
Pay Range: $28.50 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
