About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSBUniversity Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ('UEC') supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
(Thisis not a state position) Position Summary
Temporary, MP Staff, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2027 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary$6,250.00-$7,083.00 per month.
LocationITLS CSUSB Campus.
Work ScheduleExempt 40+ hours per week. Typically, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM. Some nights and weekends may be required.

Typical ActivitiesUnder minimal supervision of the Faculty Supervisor, the Director will work independently to:
Program Development & Operations- Provide leadership in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the philosophy and program goals for all classrooms.
- Oversee daily operations of the Infant/Toddler Lab School to ensure high-quality programming and services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing regulations and university policies and procedures.
- Monitor application, enrollment, intake, certification, and recordkeeping processes for all applicable federal, state, and local agencies.
- Oversee the implementation of child assessments, developmental screenings, and parent conferences.
- Conduct program orientations and tours for families each semester and upon request.
- Monitor enrollment levels to maintain program capacity and ensure required staffing ratios are consistently met.
- Ensure parent compliance with program policies, regulations, and payment schedules; implement appropriate follow-up and corrective actions when necessary.
- Serve as liaison to the Infant/Toddler Lab School Parent Advisory Committee.
- Plan and facilitate parent education events and family engagement activities on a consistent.
- Coordinate and support the lab school's role as a training and practicum site for college students, interns, and early childhood education professionals.
- Maintain observation rooms and related learning environments to support coursework, research, training, and supervised student observations.
- Ensure required documentation, immunization records, background clearances, and placement requirements for interns, practicum students, and student employees are maintained in compliance with licensing regulations, university policies, and program standards.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and reconcile program budgets in collaboration with university and departmental procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll, accounts receivable, billing, purchasing, inventory control, and related fiscal processes.
- Monitor equipment purchasing, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Analyze financial data, trends, enrollment reports, and revenue projections to support program planning and decision-making.
- Monitor parent fee collection processes and ensure consistency and accuracy in payments.
- Coordinate and support annual fundraising activities to supplement program funding.
- Assist with submitting proposals for grants and additional funding opportunities from government and community sources.
