University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, MP Staff, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2027 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary:$6,500-$8,166.67 per month.
Location: CSUSB Campus. Position does require travel and work in various locations, campuses, schools and districts throughout the RIMS Region and California.
Work Schedule
Exempt. 40+ hours per week. Schedule to be arranged, Monday through Friday, including many Saturdays, some Sundays, and evenings.

Typical Activities
- Implement the vision and the goals of The California Arts Project by translating that vision and those goals to meet local needs
- Develop a comprehensive program of professional learning and leadership in the arts for TK-16 educators within the site's region aligned with the CSMP and TCAP Goals, legislation, and mission.
- Develop RIMS CAP response to CSMP requests for proposals.
- Oversee the identification and development of the site’s Teacher Leaders to support the work of the site and TCAP Network.
- Implement and evaluate the site’s programs, and recruitment of participants.
- Expand, nurture, and maintain an active regional network of TCAP Teacher Leaders representative of all five arts disciplines.
- Identify, recruit, and mentor educators who demonstrate capacities to teach, coach, and lead their colleagues in TCAP's professional learning programs and activities.
- Direct the day-to-day administration of the regional site.
- Communicate with the campus, TCAP network, the region's schools, districts, county offices of education, and other site partners about the site and TCAP's efforts, opportunities, and initiatives establish and maintain site and school/district partnerships to strengthen teacher professional competence and student achievement.
- Respond to requests from teachers, administrators, other TK-16 educational organizations, TCAP Statewide Office, and the other Subject Matter Projects, in coordination with the TCAP Executive Director or other TCAP sites as appropriate.
- Leverage funding in order to provide high quality professional learning programs in alignment with TCAP Guidelines and CSMP/TCAP Goals.
- As a member of the statewide TCAP Leadership Team, collaborate with other.
- Regional Directors, and the Executive Director, to ensure success of TCAP's statewide programs, initiatives, and developmental efforts.
- Operate within the framework and program models of The California Arts Project (TCAP), the California Subject Matter Project (CSMP).
- Attend TCAP Leadership Team meetings, Regional Directors' meetings, and programs online and in-person
