Join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital engagement as a Senior Video Program Manager, Content & Channels. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic execution of You Tube and video content programs designed to elevate brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. With a focus on building a best-in-class channel, you will translate innovative strategies into impactful daily operations, managing everything from content ideation to distribution, ensuring optimal visibility through SEO, AI search discoverability, and platform trends.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience managing You Tube channels and video programs, preferably within enterprise technology or B2B software industries
- Deep expertise in You Tube platform features, algorithm changes, and content optimization techniques
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
- Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Data literacy with experience in analytics tools like You Tube Studio, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Skills:
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva
- Familiarity with social media distribution, repurposing content for various channels
- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and metadata enhancement
- B2B enterprise experience, especially within regulated fintech or software environments
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of managing You Tube or brand video programs
- Proven track record of channel growth, audience engagement, and content performance optimization
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating measurable impact on channel metrics
- Ability to work remotely within PST or MST time zones
- Willingness to stay current on industry trends, search platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Experience working across multiple departments including marketing, product, legal, and creative teams
- No travel required; this is a fully remote opportunity with a focus on autonomous, results-driven performance
