Key Responsibilities Conducts protective relay settings and coordination studies, including short-circuit analysis and protection system event analysis Develops test plans, assists in commissioning, and ensures compliance with NERC PRC standards Provides technical guidance to other engineers and oversees project phases
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent PE License or ability to obtain within 1 year 4+ years of engineering experience in system modeling and fault analysis Strong knowledge in relay coordination studies and protective relay settings for systems up to 345 kV Familiarity with NERC PRC standards and relevant protection system engineering practices
