Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 3+ years of Workforce Management experience Proven ability to design and implement repeatability standards in complex global operations Extensive experience in architecting WFM functions and modeling capacity plans Strong analytical capabilities to identify root cause issues and improvement opportunities Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence at senior levels across various business lines
