Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design Ability to lead substation design projects effectively Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) license is preferred Experience in substation physical design and field testing is a plus
