Event Housing Specialist

A company is looking for a Meeting Event Housing Specialist to oversee all aspects of event housing.

Key Responsibilities Serve as liaison between clients, Housing/Customer Service staff, and hotels Consult with clients to establish business rules and best practices for events Analyze inventory and patterns to advise clients on room blocks and manage hotel contracts

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Association and/or Corporate housing, customer service, or registration environments Experience or understanding of hotel contracts, room blocks, and concessions Ability to lead within a team and demonstrate commitment to client service and quality Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands across projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
