Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role with acquisitions and multi-entity structures
- Demonstrate experience managing high-volume transaction teams
- Show prior experience overseeing IT departments and systems integration
- Possess strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
