Key Responsibilities Provide legal support for trade finance transactions, including supply chain and inventory finance Collaborate with the Distribution team to create new funding structures for products and geographies Manage legal aspects of strategic initiatives and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in trade finance, securitisation, syndication, or related fields Experience in navigating complex legal documentation and developing funding structures Familiarity with various funding structures, including BAFT participations and SPV structures Experience entering new markets and geographies Proven legal experience in an in-house or private practice environment
