Key Responsibilities Manage the billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing for client projects Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies Provide financial support and reporting to client account teams, including revenue recognition and financial health reporting
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of related financial and/or accounting experience, preferably in advertising or marketing services Experience in media billing (digital and/or traditional) is strongly preferred Basic finance/accounting knowledge, including balance sheets and P&L Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large data set reporting Proficiency in financial software and tools (Net Suite, Workfront, Salesforce, MS Office)
