We are seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Cath Lab Manager to lead the daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Special Procedures departments at a respected hospital near San Bernardino, CA. This permanent leadership role is ideal for a clinical manager with deep experience in interventional care who is committed to quality, patient safety, and collaborative multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure effective coordination between caregivers, providers, and procedural teams.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient delivery of care by supervising non-invasive and invasive diagnostic/interventional procedures in the Cath Lab and Special Procedures areas.
  • Partner closely with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and surgeons to deliver high-quality, timely, and patient-centered services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate the clinical performance of staff, promoting growth, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Manage department staffing, education, scheduling, and resource utilization to support optimal patient outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred.
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), ICU, or PACU.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in Cath Lab, ICU, or PACU.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures and standards of care.
