Healthcare Sales Specialist – Senior Healthcare & Health Services (MED#412)

Location:

San Bernardino, CA (No relocation expense provided)

Salary: $75K base – Uncapped commission.

Benefits:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration (preferred)
  • DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
  • At least 1 year in a healthcare or senior care setting (outside sales preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the senior health care industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, email marketing platforms, Salesforce, Athena, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Skills
  • Community Engagement – develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse communities.
  • Information Dissemination – create and distribute educational materials to target populations.
  • Data Collection & Reporting – monitor activities, collect data, prepare reports.
  • Advocacy & Support – serve as an advocate and assist individuals in navigating healthcare services.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote healthcare services to potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources such as hospitals, senior living communities, senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that communicate services and value proposition.
  • Track and report on outreach activities, sales and marketing metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) to management.
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve outreach strategies to increase effectiveness and reach new audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform messaging.
