Attorney​/Lawyer

Description

Mid-sized firm with multiple locations is seeking a workers compensation attorney to join their growing team. This person will be expected to handle workers' compensation cases, appear in court, and manage insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

- Handle workers' compensation defense cases diligently and effectively

- Provide high-quality, cost-effective legal representation to clients

- Maintain good standing with the California State Bar Association

- Collaborate with a diverse team of lawyers, attorneys, and staff

- Engage in necessary travels as part of the role

- Utilize excellent communication, research, and analytical skills in executing duties

- Apply knowledge of workers' comp law in managing cases

- Address insurance claims related to workers' compensation

- Maintain a congenial atmosphere while handling high-workload situations

- Ensure all court appearances are made as and when required.

Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in Workers Compensation

- Proficient knowledge of Workers Comp Law

- Extensive experience in making Court Appearances

- Ability to handle and manage Insurance Claims effectively
