We are seeking a qualified Interim Community Manager to oversee our multi-family property in San Bernardino on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to manage day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth, high-quality resident experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the 300-unit property
- Manage staff, resident relations, and compliance activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency
- Lead and support the on-site team with strong organizational and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-family property management experience, including oversight of at least 200 units
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software
- Strong knowledge of staff management, resident relations, compliance, and financial reporting
