Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour, DOE
Position SummaryWaterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. This role is essential in providing high-quality, hands‑on care to our residents while supporting a positive and collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and emotional well‑being
- Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident‑focused
- Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
