Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant – Full Time, Afternoon PM Shift (3pm–11pm).
Ballard Rehab Hospital, San Bernardino, CA – 60‑bed rehab facility.
Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming. Maintains a clean, healthy and safe environment; performs basic infection control procedures; manages basic nutrition and fluid intake; recognizes emergency situations and responds appropriately.
Required Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment.
- BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six months of hire.
- Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role is $17.80 to $21.71 per hour. Night Shift Differentials apply:
Weekday:
Additional $1.25/hr;
Weekend: $2.50/hr.
