Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting positive patient outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards

Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care Support residents and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to providing patient-centered care
