VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Travel Director of Nursing to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused leaders with Director of Nursing experience in acute rehabilitation or similar inpatient healthcare environments who can ensure smooth clinical operations and support high-quality patient care behind the scenes. Qualifications/
Skills:
- Required
Certifications:
ACLS and BLS through AHA or Red Cross
- State Licensure Requirements: CA RN license, active
- Minimum year’s experience: 2 years of nursing leadership experience
Required experience:
• Prior Director of Nursing experience
• Experience in Acute Rehab/Inpatient rehab (ARU/IRF) hospital setting
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Experience with surveys, audits, quality assurance, and plans of correction.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
