As an Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in our outpatient department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, provide preventive care, and promote overall health and well-being. • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, examinations, and assessments for outpatient clients.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and vaccinations.
• Manage and monitor chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and more.
• Offer counseling on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and exercise.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with medical standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Consult with specialists as needed and facilitate referrals for further evaluation and treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Encourage and empower patients to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.

• Adhere to evidence-based guidelines and best practices to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Stay current with medical advancements, research, and industry trends.

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP)
• State licensure as an NP Family Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
