RN Clinical Supervisor

• Promote and enhance staff clinical expertise to provide safe, quality nursing care
• Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary
• Assist with interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff
• Participate in patient releases from facilities to homes through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams
• Conduct internal case management and evaluate and develop nursing talent
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies and procedures
• Perform quality assurance of clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with ancillary healthcare providers
• Supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults

• Must have a good-standing RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice
• At least 2 years of hands-on RN nursing experience within the last 5 years
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in the designated territory
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA
• Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults

Demonstrates expertise in clinical nursing care, including supervision of nursing staff and adherence to regulatory standards. Proficient in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring quality assurance in clinical documentation.
