Nurse Practitioner – Family / Internal Medicine (Contract) Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 3-to-6-month contract assignment in an outpatient clinic setting located in San Bernardino, CA. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, supported by a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and standard orientation.

• Work Location: San Bernardino, CA (Single clinic location; potential floating as needed)
• Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Patient Population: All ages
• EMR System: Epic Systems
• Orientation: 1–2 weeks
• Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs or business professional wear

• Perform physical examinations and comprehensive medical history assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across all patient age groups.
• Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapeutic treatments.
• Conduct Annual Wellness exams and manage post-hospital discharge visits.
• Timely manage and clear In-Basket messages related to patient care and follow-ups.

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.

Hourly pay $62-$65 plus Weekly pay, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance and $401k
