Restaurant Manager

Del Taco -  - Responsibilities:
Fully staff the store with quality people and recruit, hire, and retain restaurant employees.;
Ensure all team members are certified according to training processes and maintain a service culture.;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and maintaining the facility, equipment, cleanliness, and safety.;
Achieve or exceed sales plans by setting goals, aligning staffing, and leveraging local store marketing opportunities.;
Manage profitability through labor, inventory, cash handling, and vendor/supply cost control.
